About this site

This site was started in December 2005 as a forum, and then the accompanying site evolved as I learned HTML and began to construct a site to go with it. Midway into January of '06 Jason Hurley brought his cap knowledge to the site and we added a new dimension with our cap section. AntiG joined the staff soon after and brought in his draft knowledge to create an extensive draft section for the 2006 NFL draft. This was the earliest incarnation of the site, rather simple but providing quality information.

In early April 2006 we unveiled the new version of the site. Over the period of a couple months I had become more advanced with my knowledge of web design and improved the look and function of the site by utilizing programming and a database to make the site easier to maintain and update. 9er2k and Ron Basye joined the staff at this time to help keep the news regularly updated. Over the next several months we added several dimensions to the site such as the roster section and the video section. In June AntiG departed from the site to become an NFL intern, although he's gone we've added a couple new staff members to pick up the draft section next year.

In July of 2006 I completed the third version of the site. Improved look and a slight change of format were the main reasons, we had made a decision to try and make our news have a more in house focus, rather than just provide links to articles on other sites. In February of 2007 we completed the fourth version.

September 2007 marked the fifth incarnation of the site. All the great features of from before are included, along with a more user friendly layout.

In Late 2009, we underwent a server change, and Jason Hurley took over the reigns as owner of the site. During the server change, most of the sections weren't working, but as of December all of the links and sections are 100% working.

This site is paid for mostly out of the pockets of staff, as we all greatly enjoy doing this; the ads are there mostly to help cover the basic costs of hosting this site.
