• Len Eshmont Award (inspirational and courageous play) - DL
Bryant Young (a record seventh time).
• Bill Walsh Award (MVP) - RB
Frank Gore, CB
Walt Harris.
• Bobb McKittrick Award (courage, intensity and sacrifice on the offensive line) - OC
Eric Heitmann.
• Matt Hazeltine Iron Man Award (courageous and inspirational defensive player) - LB
Brandon Moore.
• Ed Block Courage Award (sportsmanship and courage) -
Frank Gore.
