And the Groundhog Says...

Thursday, November 15, 2007 | Niner Cap Hell

The 49er groundhog came up today from the hole in the ground and saw his shadow. According to an ancient myth, this is the sign of at least one start by an over the hill QB with a Super Bowl ring, who was never very good to begin with.

This is the third time this season that the groundhog has projected such a thing, and the groundhog will likely keep seeing his shadow as long as Alex Smith's shoulder keeps hurting.

It's going to be a cold Winter.

i honestly think our offense has hit an all-time low looking the way we did against the rams.frank gore needs to hit the holes the way he did last year although our o-line is needs to play together as a unit.maybe mix it up more when gores' not running well with hicks or robinson they seem 2 hit the holes faster than gore this year.also the play calling is not what our niners fans our used to.i seem to be scratching my head like what kind of call was that!sincerly yours, frustrated niner fan!
