Per NFL Network, the 49ers have reached an agreement with former Pro Bowl return specialist Allen Rossum. Rossum, who also can serve as a reserve cornerback, is one of the league's fastest players and has returned 7 kicks and punts for touchdowns in his career. He's had 20 kick returns of 40 yds or more, and 32 punt returns of 20 yards or more. In 2005, Rossum won the Pro Bowl "fastest man" contest. He was released by the Steelers on Friday.
