Balmer traded to Seattle

Kentwan Balmer has been traded to the Seahawks. The former first round pick was selected by former 49ers GM and current Seahawks Senior Personnel Executive
Scot McCloughan. Balmer, who was upset with his role on this team after showing next to nothing in two seasons, left the team and was given a "Five-day letter" giving the 49ers leverage to go after part of his signing bonus if he did not return.
Deals of the trade are not available, but we cannot imagine it to be any more than a day two pick.
Update: Matt Maiocco reported that it will be a 6th rounder.
