Gore frustrated; moves made

It has been reported that 49ers starting RB Frank Gore is frustrated with his contract talks, or lack their of. It is believed Gore is looking for a similar deal that the Panthers gave DeAngelo Williams.
That deal included around $21M in guaranteed money.
It is hard to believe that the 49ers would invest that type of money into a injury riddled running back like Gore.
While coming off the heels of a 17-3 win against the Oakland Raiders, in which Alex Smith played pretty good. As he was 8/13 for 126 yards. His only bad sight was his interception to Raiders Matt Shaughnessy.
Some other key moments included a one handed catch by 49ers receiver Braylon Edwards for 32 yards and 49ers running back Kendall Hunter's 57 yard TD run in the 3rd quarter.
Other than that the 49ers offensive line played better than last weeks loss against the Saints. And the 49ers defense came up with 2 interceptions, 1 by CB Tarell Brown and 1 by FS Madieu Williams.
And lastly, we saw kicker David Akers punt a few balls. The reason for that was after a botched snap by Andy Lee. In which he was injured.
On to the moves of the day.
The 49ers have waived QB Jeremiah Masoli and PK Fabrizio Scaccia. While signing P Sam Paulescu, and activating WR Dominique Zeigler off the Active/PUP list.
