Gore, McDonald return to practice; Willis named midseason All Pro by Lombardi

According to Matt Maiocco of CSNBayArea, RB Frank Gore and DE Ray McDonald both returned to practice today.

While Gore took part, he did has noticeable limp, and was favoring his left ankle, which he hurt in the 49ers 19-11 win in Washington.

McDonald has been out since injuring his left hamstring back in the Cleveland game 2 weeks ago. Both expect to be able to play sunday.

Also, NFL Network's Mike Lombardi has his midseason All-Pro list out, and 49ers ILB Patrick Willis was named to the team as the Inside/Middle Linebacker.
